Minnie's Bake Shop takes on The Great British Bake Off! As professional bakers and general lovers of baked goods, we whipped up a few of our favorites inspired by the GBBO. These are a very popular British cookie that were originally inspired by Viennese pastries. It consists of two melt-in-your-mouth butter cookies that sandwich a vanilla buttercream and homemade seasonal jam. Our jams are homemade regularly and made with what's best and seasonally available!
