A very popular Vietnamese cold rice vermicelli noodle dish topped with grilled lemongrass pork or grilled lemongrass chicken, fresh mint, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, pickled carrots and bean sprouts. The dish is dressed in fish sauce . We also do a vegan version of the fish sauce. Also, the dish is topped with roasted peanuts and Thai chilies. This dish is very popular in the southern region of Vietnam. All of the condiments are served separately so people may build their own dish based on their own personal preferences.
