Finding delicious meals at a budget from a variety of kitchens and restaurants is tough enough, and at a non-profit, you already have a lot to juggle helping those in needs while managing the expectations of your team and your donors. At CaterCow, we can take a load off your plate! You can find and order delicious food at your budget, and if you'd prefer we're also happy to work directly with your corporate sponsor — you don't have to worry about sourcing food and your donor doesn't have to worry about coordinating — a win-win for everyone!

We can work directly with your corporate sponsor to utilize their generous gift. Let us do the stressful legwork of coordinating meals from various restaurants so neither the non-profit nor the corporate sponsor has to!

Sales Tax Exemption

If you’re tax exempt, we’ll ask for your ST-119 (or a comparable) form to keep on file and provide you the tax-exempt discounts for all subsequent orders.

Flexible Payment Options

At CaterCow, we’ll make billing simple. We'll send you our W-9, and you can pay by check or ACH if you don't have a credit card. We can bill you at the net 30 terms your finance team requires.

Optional Account Manager

If you order frequently, we know how much work it is to plan out meals. If you would like an account manager, we’d be happy to provide one. Let us take care of menu selection and ordering for a variety of different dietary needs.
