Finding delicious catering options to reward your teachers and staff is hard enough. On top of that, if your finance team places restrictions on how the school pays for the food delivery, we know it can be very stressful. We're here to make your job easier!

There is a lot to manage when you're looking for a variety of great catering options for your school staff. In addition to searching for quality meal options from restaurants who provide punctual deliveries, many have to go through logistical and financial hurdles such as finding restaurants who accept billing — paying by check instead of credit card really limits your options! Your finance team may also need you to order sales tax exempt, which adds another hindrance. If you want constant variety to feed your staff, this is a painstaking process to go through with every restaurant. Here at CaterCow, we can solve all of these problems! (Please note that typically, we do not serve students or children as our meal offerings and portioning is geared for adults!)

Flexible Payment Options

At CaterCow, we’ll make billing simple. We'll send you our W-9, and you can pay by check or ACH if you don't have a credit card. We can bill you at the net-30 terms your finance team requires.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you’re tax exempt, we’ll ask for your ST-119 (or a comparable) form to keep on file and provide you the tax-exempt discounts for all subsequent orders.

Individual Ordering

No hassle for the office manager with everyone's individual dietary needs! If your staff wants to individually select meals, you can start a group order where meals will come delivered with each person's name written on it.

Optional Account Manager

If you order frequently, we know how much work it is to plan out meals. If you would like an account manager, we’d be happy to provide one to take care of menu selection and ordering for a variety of dietary needs.
