How Do I Delete My Account?

At CaterCow, we understand that managing your online accounts is important. If you’d like to delete your CaterCow account, here’s a simple guide on how to do so:

Contact Our Support Team

To initiate the account deletion process, you can either:

• Email us: Send your request to support@catercow.com.

• Submit a support request: Click the Help icon in the bottom-right corner of our website and fill out the support request form.

What Happens to Your Data?

• For accounts with no orders placed: We can permanently delete your account and all associated data.

• For accounts with past orders: While we cannot completely delete these accounts due to record-keeping policies, we will anonymize your data to remove any personally identifiable information (PII).

Once your request is processed, our support team will confirm the changes with you.
