Serving Sushi and Ramen, and located in Santa Clarita California, BistroDK opened its doors in 2016. Chef/Owner Do Kyun Kim (DK) had a vision to expand the bistro to include Asian Fusion, but the time was not right. Through a turn of glorious events, Chef DK seized the opportunity to move the location from Santa Clarita, CA to Los Angeles. With the move to Los Angeles, the Bistro expanded its menu to include rice bowls, Hibachi rice, bento boxes, salads, scratch-made teas, and additional sushi options. The move also afforded BistroDK the ability to increase the catering menu and catering range. BistroDK takes pride in serving scratch-made food and creating creative menu selections.
