They are then seasoned with herbs and cooked on our French-imported rotisserie machine. In addition we have created a range of seasonal sides from French beans with mushrooms to brussels sprouts, ratatouille and much more! Our dishes are made in small batches throughout the day to ensure maximum freshness. Our food is steeped in French traditional recipes but given new life here in New York City.

This was a big win with the company. Usually, it's just the show team eating, but everyone who works in the office who walked by asked "can I taste the food today?" or "Do you think there will be enough for me to eat?" Definite win. Mac and cheese is some of the best we've had from a caterer. Hot sauce really set it all off. We also went through the herbed mayo faster than anything else.
