Reviewing Build Your Own Burger

We were looking forward to the build your own burger bar. Unfortunately, there were hiccups with the delivered order that made the process stressful. The order arrived a minute after 12pm which was the end of the half hour long delivery window and was the start of the event. At that time, I realized that the plates and serving utensils which I had requested for the order had also not been included, and it didn’t seem that all my requests were followed either. This led to a scenario where I had to track down plates and serving utensils while setting up the food that was already delivered after the start time of the meeting we ordered for which was quite disruptive. While I appreciated that the driver offered to go to a store to get what should’ve been included, it would likely have taken half of the meeting time to wait, and would not have been useful by then. I am not usually very critical of orders but this was so unlike our usual experience with CaterCow vendors that I wanted to be honest with my review.
