We maintain close relationships with our providers to ensure a steady supply of fresh, seasonable, local produce and meats, choosing organic whenever possible. This regional approach to procurement allows us to provide our clients with the best possible product while also supporting businesses that place the same value on quality and environmental stewardship that we do. Creative Ideas Catering was founded by Lina Mills. While Lina had been in the catering business for some time, she decided to launch her own company in 2013. Having full creative and operational control allows her to provide the best possible experience to the clients that she has been serving for the last 25 years. In 2015 her husband, Alvaro Luna joined the team to lead the kitchen. With Alavaro’s Mexican roots & Lina’s unique Latin flare combined they cook up some very creative dishes. These dishes are latino & globally inspired! We are very proud to serve a variety of clients from nonprofits to high profile corporate companies.
