The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Great combinations! The only thing was I did not realize the sandwiches were a bit smaller so I should have ordered 2 per person. But that was my fault. Everyone in the office enjoyed them anyway.

I ordered last time and it seemed like the way you prepare your orders has changed from individual baguettes to larger, share style. It was really awkward for a meeting with the chief members of the organization.

I love the sandwiches this place offers, however, the delivery situation really put a sour taste in my mouth. When I tried to explain the issue to my contact at the place, she just tried to put the blame on everything else besides the fact that her delivery guy should have just CALL OR TEXTED me! I made the mistake of giving the wrong address (an error that should have taken five minutes to correct), however, because the delivery person did not call or text me, he waited at the wrong address until 15 minutes after the delivery time until I contacted THEM. Not a big deal, really. THE BIG DEAL, which the place refused to accept responsibility for (the people at the front desk MUST have told him to do this?!?!?) the delivery guy left our HUGE order in a common area for who knows HOW long?!?! (up to 20 minutes) Did not contact me to let me know it was delivered. Random people took sandwiches from our order because it's normal for people to leave food in the common area for people to help themselves. Despite how much I love the food at this place (this was the second time we ordered for our huge yearly meeting) I am really not sure if I'll order from them again. No accountability or apology for how that played out. Just an "I'm sorry" or "have some sandwiches on us next time" would have gone a long way.

The appetizers were a hit! Everyone really enjoyed them and they disappeared very quickly which is always a good sign with my staff. Everything was fresh and tasty and they really liked the fruit skewers!

Sandwiches were delicious! We got the prosciutto mozz tomato basil sanwich and the salami cheddar cornichon sandwich. Both were super amazing! Some folks may say the bread is too chewy and hard, but our team loved the rusticness just fine :)

I ordered the American picnic package for a group of friends that were taking a 4 hour bus ride from Manhattan. The best part of this package is how easy it is for everyone to grab their own bag and eat at their leisure. Each bag comes with two different types of sandwiches clearly labeled so everyone in my group ended up swapping with one another to get the sandwiches they wanted. They were a big hit and everyone kept telling me how thankful they were I bought them!

The food was so delicious!

I was really looking forward to this catering experience based on reading your reviews. The food was more than 30 minutes late and we were shorted on the amount of food we ordered. I had to spend an additional $50 to get enough food for our team.

Easy to order, did it day before which I really appreciated they can do. Delivery was perfect. Everyone at my party ooh'ed and ahhh'ed over the perfectly wrapped and labelled mini sandwiches in a cute box with styled napkins and the cute bags of chips and bottled water that I was glad I could order, one less thing for me to buy for my party. Loved the decadent choices for sandwiches. Only downside was bread was a little tough but I would order again. It was a hit.

I have ordered from Perfect Picnic more than half a dozen times now and I am always very happy with what Wendy delivers. She is so easy to work with, always delivers high quality on time. Highly recommended!

delivery girl was very nice but got lost multiple times. presentation was very nice and food tasted good. My main sticking point is the price- it seemed exorbitant for the portions we received. Don't mind dropping some money but I don't feel this meal was adequate for 15 ppl.

Perfect Picnic was incredibly accommodating to my rather late request for catering, and everything turned up both on-time and delicious!

While the baguettinis were presented in a really beautiful way, each individually wrapped and labeled, I was surprised at how small each one was. Considering that there are two sandwiches per order I was worried that it wouldn't be enough for for everyone, about 25 people. Although we fortunately had a few leftovers I don't think it's a great value, since it works out to $5 for each tiny sandwich. Also, though they tasted fine, my biggest problem with the food itself was that the baguette crusts were not crispy as they should be, but instead rather rubbery. Someone actually said that it didn't matter that they only provided 2 sandwiches per person, since your jaw gets so tired from trying to chew them you couldn't even eat another if you wanted to. Other people were saying that eating these sandwiches was like a "workout". In summary, I would have given at least a 4 star rating if there were 3 sandwiches per person and the crust was improved.

Fabulous service. Prompt and polite. Presentation was nice, all the sandwiches were labeled and looking delicious. The selection was amazing, and my whole office was raving about the great flavor combos, and quality of ingredients. It was a very large order, and I was impressed that they nailed it all. The only knock would be that the bread itself was a little tough/chewy - some people liked that, others not as much, but overall it so good it didn't stop people from going back for more. It was an awesome change of pace, and someone we'll most likely order from again. The salads were also very fresh and tasty! ALSO, we were on a strict budget, and Wendy was really great about making the order fit into what we needed. Couldn't have been a better ordering experience. The good: The caterer is very nice, the presentation of the sandwiches is super cute, and the food itself was very tasty and of obvious good quality and freshness. They also accommodated a last-minute request for more sandwiches very graciously. The less-good: Parts of our order were left at the facility (no salad dressing for the salads, missing homemade desserts, missing extras discussed such as flowers.) Also, the delivery person was unfortunately stuck on the subway and was late, causing embarrassing nearly 30 minute delay in feeding our visiting out-of-town clients on a very tightly scheduled meeting day with an early departure. Perfect Picnic were very nice about rushing out to buy some of the missing dessert items. Also - they did follow up promptly with a gift certificate and a sincere apology, which was not only very good form, but also made my day and gave me something nice to look forward to :) If you do decide engage with this vendor, make sure you arrange to have them arrive 15-30 minutes advance of the time when you will need to eat, so that they have time to arrive, set up and take a solid inventory.

Excellent choice for a "different" sandwich! Beautiful presentation and excellent quality. Care and creativity were obvious. If your budget allows, order a few extra. My "to go" boxes for employees were left empty. Not one sandwich or leaf of lettuce was left. The quantity of food was correct, our employees appetites were sorely misjudged with Baguettini in a Box! Thanks for a lunch that everyone enjoyed.

It was a really great lunch. The sandwiches and chocolates were extremely tasty. The sandwiches were a bit small, so I would recommend ordering more than you expect. But definitely great presentation and a nice treat.

This was a really fun office lunch to kick off the Memorial Day weekend. The presentation of the baguettinis/chips/caramel/water in the totes were so well-received. I LOVE that each tote and each baguettini were individually labeled (nicely too) which made distribution so much easier. The 2 baguettinis per tote were a little small. Based on the other reviews that mentioned that, I also ordered a box of extra baguettinis as well as a self-serve green salad and pasta salad for everyone to pick from. It was a big hit and really fun as we set up picnic blankets around the office for everyone to have their "picnic". I definitely would recommend!

Everyone in our office raved about these, and others asked where I ordered from so that they could pick some up themselves! The sandwiches were absolutely adorable and the packaging was impressive.

Wendy was extremely flexible and professional when working with my complicated order. She ensured that each and every one of my coworkers received a personalized order. Her attention to detail is exceptional. The baguettinis were superb, favorites included the duck, prosciutto, and pate.

The sandwiches are small, but they're delicious. We ordered some extra for the bigger eaters, and everyone was happy. People loved them!

Good food and presentation

Food was great everyone loved the sandwiches.... Delivered when told although timing was earlier that I had hoped...but hey who complains about getting their stuff earlier than expected right?

Wendy was awesome to work with - she whipped up a custom order after some discussion, and we got a delicious lunch last Friday. The sandwiches are on the small side, the ordering allows for 2/person which was good for our employees. We also ordered 2 kinds of salad. Wendy also brought us some sea salt caramels to finish our lunch with a sweet note - will definitely be ordering again.

Great presentation with delicious and healthy baguettinis. Communication was a bit more complicated than expected since I had a more customized package than the one offered. Other than that, highly recommended!

Working with Wendy on my first order on CaterCow was a pleasure. She was responsive to all my questions on quantity, delivery, etc. The presentation of the American Picnic was OUTSTANDING! All sandwiches were labeled inside and out (SUPER HELPFUL), the bags were very cute and such a hit at my meeting. The way the food was wrapped up in the white/red towel was just adorable. I love the attention to detail! Food quality was amazing. The duck baguettini was my fave! People are still talking about it this morning!

Our office really enjoyed Perfect Picnic! The sandwiches were delicious and everything from communication to delivery went very smoothly. The sandwiches are fairly small so I would suggest getting some side dishes to accompany the sandwiches if they're intended for lunch.

This is a great vendor -- I've used them twice for office lunches with resulting rave reviews about the quality of the sandwiches and people love the packaging. They are super easy to deal with and always arrive on time!

I brought in the individual picnic lunches for staff doing an all-day training. They loved them! Not only was the packaging and delivery convenient and self-contained, but the sandwiches were delicious! I will definitely look for opportunities to use Perfect Picnic again.

My experience with CaterCow and Wendy of Perfect Picnic was great! Had a group of 22 over for a working lunch and the sandwiches were perfect. Not too much, not too little, everyone was impressed. The packaging was beautiful as well. If I were to go on a picnic in the city with a group of friends or need catering for a location photo shoot would definitely order again with them.

Everything was perfect and my whole team was thrilled with it. Will definitely use American Picnic again! We loved it.

It was a hit with the meeting attendees. They loved the presentation and the food was great.

Great! Excellent service (quick responses, friendly, on-time delivery) and nice, useful presentation (the tote bag, the mini tablecloth, the serving sizes). The only issue we had was that one of the sandwiches we ordered (the duck) was unavailable on the day of delivery and we had been looking forward to that one in particular.
